Arturo Morales Ramos, es profesor en la Universidad de Sagrado Corazón de Puerto Rico, en las áreas de psicología educativa, fundamentos dela educación, psicología del desarrollo y ciencias sociales. Tiene una maestría en psicología educativa de la Universidad de Arizona, en Tucson Arizona. Es autor de la guía deliberativa Abandono escolar: ¿Qué opciones tenemos para estimular el potencial ciudadano de nuestros jóvenes. Actualmente es consultor psicoeducativo ofreciendo talleres a maestros, padres y escuelas del sistema educativo.
